Because God's Purpose Over Me Is Perfect Part 7
...continued from "Because God's Purpose Over Me Is Perfect" Part 6
Last time we had an amazing time looking at the first segment of 'Mud On My Eyes Made Me See'. In this segment, we will take it deeper by looking at part two of this subtopic.
I will introduce this by saying that more often than not when we are going through storms and tough times, we and the people around us, try to look for logical explanations as to why we are going through whatever it is we are going through.
And sadly, many a time, we lack the answers we pursue; a frustration that sends us into deeper turmoil!
But the truth is that we often overlook a very important explanation! One that can settle our worry once and for all!
John 9:
2 His disciples asked him, "Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?"
3 "Neither this man nor his parents sinned," said Jesus, "but this happened so that the work of God might be displayed in his life.
Halleluyah!
How many times have you wondered whose fault it is that your life is what it is? How many times have you looked for someone or something to blame for your predicament? How many times have you hated yourself and blamed yourself for things having gone all wrong for you?
Now, hear me: the reality is that often enough our lives are a consequence of our actions being contrary to God's will, but there are times that we are in a good place, but we are going through stuff we cannot explain!
We have finally got it together in God; we have finally been free of the baggage that has been weighing us down; we have finally began to get that intimacy with God, that prayer life and dedication to studying His word, yet there is a BUT!
And this but makes it tough for us because just when we were beginning to pat our backs, life gets chaotic - an unexplained CHAOTIC!
Do I have a witness?
And so we are in full panic mode, trying to figure out what dimension and geneology of sin and wickedness may be responsible for our woes! And we keep forgetting something!
That maybe it just is not about us, but about God! And not just about God, but His will over our lives!
Child of God know that God does not glory in your misery, No! It is His will that your misery be turned around so that you may see Him (and His will)!
Because at that time, your victory becomes His Glory! And more rightly so because He is God the deliverer!
Halleluyah!
Because when God is done with you, you are entering inti a new glory! And even those who have seen you in your woes will not recognize you!
The transformation from grass to grace will make people bewildered! And they will ask "Are you sure that is so and so?"
When God is done translating you out of hell and high water into bloom and glory! When He is done giving you beauty for ashes! There will be no doubt that you are indeed transformed!
Halleluyah!
Watch what happens:
John 9:
8 His neighbours and those who had formerly seen him begging asked, "Isn't this the same man who used to sit and beg?"
9 Some claimed that he was. Others said, "No, he only looks like him." But he himself insisted, "I am the man."
Halleluyah!
How amazing is this God we serve? He takes mud and uses it to bring transformation and glory!
Come on somebody, give the Lord a victory shout. Trust Him and allow Him work on you.
Need I say more?
God bless you!
