Politically Correct!
In a society today that is so intent on appearing tolerant and non-discriminatory; the church is constantly under pressure to show diversification and to love as Christ did. Loving as Christ did has been mistaken to mean that the church should remain quiet about all issues that appear to infringe on the rights of people! We are slowly becoming society-driven!
We have traded the power of the Gospel with relevance to the needs of society. Anyone who stands up boldly against anything society considers 'normal' and 'acceptable' is labelled phobic and intolerant! When we let society determine the standard Christ has set, we set ourselves on a collision course with truth and facts. Christ doesn't ask His bride to be politically correct, He asks her to declare the truth from the rooftops! That is what pleases Him!
