Hype Mode!
Now more than ever, our reasoning for how to reach out to the 'younger' generation is warped. The intensity that comes with the Life-giving Gospel has the fire needed to stir up the soul of any listener and power up their Spirit without the need for a pre-cursor or catalyst! Every time we assume it is our methodology that has readied hearts for the Gospel, we live a lie!
It is not the praise and worship we did splendidly that readied hearts, neither is it the moving ministrations (presentations) and testimonies, or the electrified hype sessions that did the trick; it is definitely not the vibrance in our teaching or preaching that readied hearts! The Gospel is not about our activities! It is about God. The Holy Spirit ministers to and convicts the heart of men into obedience. Ours is to stick to the truth of the Gospel!
