The December crazies are here with us!

Well...it's almost December, but the crazies are here anyway...way ahead of time. The things I am seeing on the streets and indoors are both weird and bewildering (in a good and bad way I must admit). So it (November) has been a month of parties and graduations, and hangouts here and there, and am wondering if December wont make the majority of the populace explode with a pure dose of wild! If the trend am seeing is anything to go by, then my eyes are in for a treat this festive season...oh...well! My ears too...of course...and I'd be selfish to leave my mouth out of the festivities! Am all set for the random sampling of delicacies that normally encompasses this holiday season...and I can almost tell that I am in for an awesome time. 

So, that said, this is the season where I avoid a lot of people...ha ha...no offence my utterly wild and out-of-control friends...but I honestly think there are people who bring out the crazies in people (no offence here too Nate...ha ha). And so before 2014 curtsies, it's time to put things into perspective: forge new alliances, burn some bridges (like for real), duck into alleys when you see some people walking your direction, run your feet to blisters in a bid to get to safety, and all the other fun (and unfun) stuff you have to do to feel safe.

Well, I'd like to keep talking about this, but seeing as it is that I have to get back to work, (mwanaume ni kulipa bills [literally translated as "A man is paying bills"]...ha ha...where did this lingo even come from? *smh*), then that means that we can do this another day or time...and I can tell you all about what 2013 has represented in my life and all...or will I? Hmmm...hopefully ;-)

I guess my point is, it's December (the crazies season) and you are allowed to be wise enough to know which direction best agrees with you. But if you get into a fix out of an adrenaline rush, or poorly made decisions, well...it would be time to sit and re-think strategy and march forward. And tell yourself the reality on the ground...or...whatever tickles your fancy! Enjoy the holidays, and the crazies that come with them! Piranha out!
