LEGITIMACY BY ANCESTRY PART 9: ISAAC & REBEKAH
Genesis 24:3 I want you to swear by the LORD, the God of heaven and the God of earth, that you will not get a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I am living,
Genesis 25:21 Isaac prayed to the LORD on behalf of his wife, because she was barren. The LORD answered his prayer, and his wife Rebekah became pregnant.
Often enough even the most ideal life scenarios have serious flaws!
God does not need perfect or ideal parameters to bring forth a masterpiece.
Isaac is the promise child by which God's lineage is to come through, yet his wife (who is virtuous and ideal) is barren. But he does not panic! He prays!
The result? TWINS!
Today you may be in a less than ideal scenario and you may be wondering how whatever God ordained will come to pass.
Child of God just approach your predicament by what is Spiritual: PRAY!
