Hebrews 11:11 By faith Abraham, even though he was past age-and Sarah herself was barren-was enabled to become a father because he considered faithful who had made the promise.

There is a quote that "Life is 10% circumstance and 90% how you respond to circumstance". In all truth, the response (action) you take in dealing with a circumstance determines what you get out of it.
Abraham's choice of response is faith in God.
A response made in faith always considers what God said/is saying about prevailing circumstance. A faith-oriented response is where you disregard the present state because you are confident of the future solution that God has spoken.

Psalms 113:9 He settles the barren woman in her home as a happy mother of children. Praise the LORD. Faith attracts total peace.
